
D is for DOG
fantastic dog that was a perfect match for our family....and he really set the bar high for any future dogs.We had our first family dog when I was just a baby--unfortunately, I have very few memories of her, but I know from stories my parents tell that we were quite the pair.
Over the years, we attempted to have a family dog--always adopting one from the animal shelter, but for some reason or another we had to find a home for the dog--one was a biter, one was a constant house pooper and with 3 kids in the house, it became quite an ordeal.

So when Mook and I adopted Chocolate J when she was only 6 weeks old, we knew that we had the perfect match for our new family....





My pretty Chocolate J, you will always be my first baby--you may drive me batty most days, but your unconditional love is something I'm very thankful for.
