I used to do that!! I hate it still but can't bring myself to give in anymore!
Socks don't bother me, but I wear bras inside out.
Smooch is the exact same way about the seam. His 3 year old brain can't wrap around the idea of wearing them inside out though. I've tried and he flips out over that, too.

I actually had to tell a coworker to do that when she was complaining about her daughter's refusal to wear socks...
HAHA too funny! I can't wear 2 socks that feel completely different on my feet....and they ALWAYS have to match.
